Collect your training sessions on one platform. Applied Fitness will showcase the data in the same interface and after evaluating 5 of your training sessions through machine learning, give you your heartrate max, thresholds, MET values and predicted heartrate for your upcoming training sessions. This approach helps individuals achieve their fitness goals in a safe, effective, and sustainable manner. |

Secure dataYou can share your data with your personal trainer/coach at your discretion – select and share the data that you want to share. Applied Fitness will not store your data locally, and everything will be encrypted. Your coach will then be able to view your training sessions, give feedback on how to improve and share new training plans. |
